WALCO V80 KS Screw & Washer Prefab Wall Connector

The WALCO V80 KS Screw & Washer Prefab Wall Connector is a concealed wall-to-wall connection system designed for fast, accurate assembly of prefabricated timber and CLT wall elements. This KS version uses a collar screw with an integrated washer, which engages securely into a hot-dip galvanized V-shaped receiving bracket.

Engineered for workshop prefabrication and rapid jobsite installation, the connector allows wall elements to be joined by sliding the collar screw into the spacious V-shaped bracket. The system transfers wind loads perpendicular to the insertion direction and provides reliable tension resistance while remaining fully concealed in the finished structure.

• Install the Collar Screw:

• Engage the Connection:

  • Align the collar screw with the V-shaped opening.
