KOMBI Hook-in Bracket

The KOMBI Mounting Bracket is a stainless steel wall bracket that serves as the receiving half of the KOMBI hanging system. It screws to a wall, frame, or substrate and provides the hook engagement point for the KOMBI Hook Connector. Once the bracket is mounted, panels with installed hook connectors simply drop into place for a secure, concealed, and instantly demountable connection.

The bracket can be oriented vertically or horizontally depending on the application — vertical for standard drop-down panel hanging, horizontal for side-slide installations. The stainless steel construction ensures long-term corrosion resistance, even in demanding interior environments.

Steps

1. Mark the bracket mounting positions on the wall or substrate, aligning with the biscuit slot positions on the panel.
2. Pre-drill if mounting into hardwood or dense substrates.
3. Screw the KOMBI Mounting Bracket to the substrate using SK stainless steel screws.
4. Ensure the bracket sits flat and tight against the surface.
5. Hang the panel with installed KOMBI Hook Connectors onto the bracket.

Tips

• Use stainless steel screws with the stainless steel bracket to avoid galvanic corrosion from mixed metals.
• The bracket is the permanent side of the system — measure and mount carefully, as repositioning means new screw holes.
