The QUATRO 65 is the ultimate hidden fastener for decks, and paneling. Each set consists of 2 identical plastic spacers and 5 screws. These plastic spacers allow your boards to sit slightly above the joist, giving space for airflow. In turn, avoiding wood to wood contact will help extend the life of your deck, giving you many more years of enjoyment. The QUATRO 65 designed allows you to space your boards to your liking. Not only is it used for decks, it is also used for wood panels and facades. The connectors is equipped with extra holes, allowing room for building imperfections in so that your project can still look perfect.

• Pre-drill, particularly with hardwoods, such as oak.
• Follow the installation instructions of your timber supplier.
• Recommended for spacing no smaller than 7 mm.
  

The Z-DECK is a concealed, very strong stainless steel deck connector. Mounting is made easy through screwing horizontally in the board and vertically in the construction below. Because of the special shape of the Z-DECK connector, it allows the wood to shrink and swell, and fixes the boards stronger than a normal face screw from above.

Tests have shown a great performance of Z-DECK with hardwoods as well as tropical woods. The Z-DECK connector is concealed while allowing each board to be removed separately.

The Z-Deck connector has a special hook that hooks into a groove on the narrow side of the board. As the connector is hooked and screwed to the narrow side of the board, the connector with the board will be screwed to the joists below. At the same time, the screw allows shrinking and swelling between 4-6 mm.

Eb-Ty^® is used for decking and panels, indoor and outdoor, as well as wood facades and formwork where ventilation is necessary. The “fish-belly” shaped connector is secured with a CS-stainless steel screw. The integrated spacer provides wide joints for uniform 6.5mm and can compensate up to 4 mm swelling and shrinkage.
