Description
The miniKLICK Grooving Saw Blade is custom made to perfectly cut the groove for the miniKLICK snap-in connector. The total diameter of the blade is 120 mm with a Ø 30 mm bore for a spindle moulder.
This blade is designed to make two different cuts for each the male and female halves of the miniKLICK by simply adjusting the depth of the blade. The first cut is made by adjusting the depth of the blade to 4 mm deep, and the second cut to 10 mm deep. Using a small amount of KNAPP®️ Adhesive PU+, the male and female halves will fit perfectly into the kerf.

Steps:
- Cut kerf in both sides of workpiece on a spindle moulder using our custom miniKLICK Grooving Saw Blade (Z065)
- Add a small amount of KNAPP® PU+Adhesive (Z011)
- Insert each half of miniKLICK connector into workpiece.
- Assemble after 60 minutes of curing time.
Tips:
- Using a putty knife, apply pressure to the miniKLICK when inserting to ensure the connector is fully seated in the groove.
