Introducing FIYU® – a pioneering connector system that is designed for ease of connection, safety, speed, and reversibility. This advanced connector system is ideal for a diverse range of applications and allows for connections at angles from 0 to 135 degrees, offering unmatched flexibility in assembly.

FIYU® consists of two key components – FIYU® LOCK and FIYU® FAST. The FIYU® LOCK is a singular piece connector that’s particularly suited for retrofitting shelves. It can independently hold components, simplifying the assembly process, saving time, and reducing costs. For added security, it can be optionally fastened with a clamping screw.

FIYU® FAST, on the other hand, is a self-tensioning cabinet connector capable of firmly yet detachably connecting miter joints and 90° joints. It’s also a great aid in gluing processes.

Installation:

The FIYU® system can be processed with CNC, flat dowel machine, where the depth setting is accurately adjusted, and the plug-in part and holding part are inserted into the milled groove. The connector is then inserted flush with the edges, and the components are pushed into place.

Material and Mounting:

FIYU® LOCK is compatible with all woods and synthetic materials, starting from a panel thickness of 16 mm. FIYU® FAST, on the other hand, works with all softwood and uncoated plastic materials.
