Our RICON® EA Beam Hanger is used as a timber connector for main and secondary beam joints as well as joining vertical and horizontal mullions in wood curtain walls. It consists of two identical metal connector plates that hook into each other in a dovetail-like manner. We recommend accessories → 2 Flute Straight Router Bit 13/32″ to be combined with —> Router Bushing 1″ OD and the MULTI F Routing Jigs to make make the mortise. Optionally, → Router Base Plate Adapter that holds the Router Bushing 1" OD. Please choose your size depending on the size of the connector WIDTH. I.e. The WALCO® V wall connector set consists of a “dovetail” shaped hot-dip galvanized bracket and a specially shaped counterpart screw. An optional lock can be installed to latch the connection against the slide-in direction. Prefabricated walls can be connected to each other within just few minutes. -
The WALCO® 40 set consists of two identical brackets made out of blue-galvanized steel. Commonly used gaskets can be installed on the prefabricated wall panels. When sliding the wall panels together, the brackets hook into each other in a dovetail-like manner and tighten up the joint. This allows the wall panels to be pre-manufactured to a large degree in a superior and advanced fashion and then connected on site with no screwing or nailing needed -

The SILVER biscuit is a #20 self-tightening, non-visible, aluminum die-cast, slide-in connector with integrated locking tabs and can be used in all wood materials, especially for solid wood (hardwood). The two identical connector halves are simply knocked into the biscuit slot with a hammer. The patented cutting edges hold the connector in the groove with no glue required.
